A special blend of wood matured varietal wines, further aged in barrel before bottling. The most dominant is the Blaufrankisch, but the flavours of all blended varietal wines (Cabernet franc, Pinot noir, Sirah) are detectable. Once it is aged, the wine is ruby red, and it has the aroma, taste and flavours of fruit and aging.
